PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Arcade Lab is an independently operated browser-game website based in Israel. This policy explains how information is handled when you play, use online features, choose Analytics or contact us.

For privacy questions and requests, email privacy@arcade-lab.app.

Game progress, profiles and online features

Your browser stores local best scores, nickname preferences, sound preferences and other game settings. Separate browser storage supports the online player session and sign-in. Clearing site data can remove local progress and access to a browser-only guest identity; it does not automatically delete records already stored online.

Our online features use Supabase to handle a player identifier, profile and leaderboard-visibility settings, supported game results, mission progress, Arcade Coins and owned or equipped cosmetic items. This information lets us save and validate progress and provide shared rankings and rewards.

If you choose an available account-connection option, the sign-in provider and Supabase process the account identifiers and profile information needed to connect your identity, which can include a name or email provided by that service. You can play without connecting a social account.

Public leaderboard participation is a separate profile choice. When you enable it, your published nickname, avatar and eligible results can be shown to other visitors. Do not put private contact information in a public nickname. Contact us if you need help removing information already published.

Optional Google Analytics

The Google Analytics tag loads only after you allow Analytics through Privacy & analytics on the game site. Declining does not prevent you from playing. Use that control again to change your choice.

With your permission, Analytics measures page and game views, game starts, supported game events, engagement time, repeat visits, browser and device information, approximate location derived by Google and campaign labels. These measurements help us understand which games people play and improve the site. Measured browsers do not represent an exact count of people.

Our custom Analytics events do not include your nickname, email, login tokens, leaderboard identity or raw game scores. Google processes technical information and uses its own browser identifiers and cookies, including _ga cookies. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in our Analytics configuration.

Your Analytics choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. Our configured Analytics-cookie lifetime is also 180 days; this is separate from how long Google retains measurement data. Activity before consent is not replayed. The site keeps Analytics off when it detects a browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Withdrawing consent stops our Analytics measurement and attempts to clear the site's Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information Google already received.

Advertising is currently disabled

The site does not currently request advertising or offer rewarded-video continuation. Allowing Analytics does not give consent to advertising.

We are preparing Google advertising and separate consent messages. Before advertising is enabled, we will update this policy and provide the applicable privacy choices. Google's advertising services may use cookies, device identifiers and information about visits to provide, measure or personalize ads, subject to the choices and regional requirements that apply. See Google's advertising information.

Service providers, security and transfers

Our hosting and delivery infrastructure (OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare) serves the website, and Supabase supports online game features and account connections. Requests to these services contain technical information such as an IP address, browser details and request times. This is used to deliver the service, operate online features and protect against errors or abuse. Google receives optional Analytics information when you allow Analytics.

Privacy emails are forwarded through Porkbun to the operator's inbox. Your sender address, message and any information you include are used to respond to your request. Please do not email passwords, payment details or identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification process has been agreed with you.

Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. Their processing and applicable transfer safeguards are described in the OpenAI, Cloudflare, Supabase, Porkbun and Google privacy information linked above.

We use service providers to operate Arcade Lab. We do not sell your personal information. Advertising remains disabled; any future advertising use and associated choices will be described before activation.

How long information is kept

Local progress and preferences generally remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. The Analytics choice and cookie limits are described above. Online profiles, progress, rewards and results are kept to provide those features; they do not expire merely because you close the browser. You may request deletion using the contact below.

Service logs, Analytics records, support correspondence and backups have separate retention arrangements. We retain information needed to operate the service, respond to requests, prevent abuse or meet applicable obligations, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. Provider retention settings and aggregate reports can differ from the lifetime of a browser cookie. Deletion may be subject to limited security, backup or legal retention requirements.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent, object to processing, restrict certain uses or complain to a privacy regulator. Where applicable, optional Analytics relies on consent; essential online features, security and responding to requests rely on the relevant service, legitimate-interest or legal grounds. We assess requests under the law that applies and may ask for proportionate information to locate a record and verify that it belongs to you.

If you are a parent or guardian concerned about information submitted by a child, contact us using the same address. Avoid sharing personal details in public nicknames or other game content.
